True Blue: Celebrating Our StudentsHailing from all 50 states and more than 75 countries, there’s no such person as a typical Duke student. From a biology major who studies opera, to a Wall Street hopeful who instead chooses the non-profit sector, to a future psychologist who champions Latino issues on and off campus, our more than 6,000 undergraduates have backgrounds and viewpoints that are as diverse as their ambitions. What they share is exceptional energy, boundless enthusiasm, intellectual rigor, hands-on engagement with communities at home and abroad, and, most of all, the drive to flourish and succeed at Duke and beyond.
